The 8 foot long snake crawled in the man's toilet and on the floor of his bathroom
Stuart Saunders, 60, began manipulating the snake's tail and tried to pick him up several times.
His badistant, Jason, intervened after Mr. Saunders called him through his service intercom.
Upon arrival, the caregiver Jason said that he had walked in and out of the room several times because he could not believe it. "
The commotion began when he heard loud noises coming from his bathroom, while he was relaxing in his living room.
It is thought that the terrifying scenario took place after the snake – considered a pet that had escaped from the home of its owner by the plumbing and slipped into the restroom of the Exeter House of M Sanders.
Upon discovering the 8 foot snake, Mr. Sanders says: "I tried to lift it but it was too heavy.]" I phoned the office and one of my support workers is went to the bathroom and said "you have a snake in your bathroom". I was amazed.
"It was a deadly python. It's a good job, I never touched it the wrong way, I could be in the hospital – or dead. "
The two men called the police, the RSPCA and finally Exeter Exotics – a local reptile shop – which captured the python.
Mr. Saunders said," I am very lucky. Know if it's a pet that has escaped. "
" We phoned the police and they thought my attendant was drunk.
"I've never touched a snake I remember, it was wrapped around the toilet and around the shower.
" That's why everything started to be reversed. "
"It's a chance I'm not here to shower. This is not the kind of thing you expect in this country.
"Someone must miss his pet snake – that's just as good as it is not at liberty."
