THE time of year has come again and the Golden Joystick Awards kicks-off in just a few short hours after another stellar year for the gaming industry.

The great and good from across the trade will attend the glitzy bash – backed by The Sun – in London on Friday 16 November.

And you can join us for the 36th annual ceremony, with the pre-show kicking off at 3pm GMT on the event’s official Twitch channel.

The Golden Joysticks then start at 4pm GMT, hosted by comedian Danny Wallace, with 23 awards to be handed out in total.

Gamers from across the globe voted in their millions over the past seven weeks, on categories such as the Ultimate Game of the Year.

There will also be winners announced for the Most Wanted Game and PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and PC Game of the Year.
