Meanwhile, Trump left Tuesday for a weeklong European tour, where he is expected to sit with Putin in Finland on Monday after stops in Belgium, England and Scotland. He made waves by addressing reporters before the trip saying that meeting with Putin could be the easiest step of the tour.
"I have NATO, I have the UK that is in turmoil and Putin," Trump said. "Frankly, Putin could be the easiest of all Who would think, who would think?"
