Officials say the missing woman from Oregon was found south of Big Sur

COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA (KGO) –

The Monterey County Sheriff's Office reports that they found the missing woman of Oregon Angela Hernandez south of Big Sur and she is transported to the hospital.

A beach crew reportedly discovered Hernandez near the Kirk Creek Trail, nearly 200 feet down a cliff. His vehicle was found partially in the water, according to authorities

Big Sur Fire, CHP and Sheriff of Monterey County responded to the scene

They said that she had a shoulder injury and that she was talking.

She says she's been there since July 6th.

The Monterey County Sheriff's Office says they were looking for Hernandez on Friday around the clock. Highway 1 and Big Sur.

His car was seen Friday morning on a surveillance camera south of Carmel.
