Sam Smith paid a moving visit to the Pulse nightclub in Orlando to pay tribute to the victims of a mbadacre occurred on the premises.
The singer, 26, is in Florida as part of an American tour and visited a memorial to the 49 people killed at the gay night club in June 2016.

Smith, who is gay, shared a photo of the memorial on the site with his 9.8 million Instagram followers.

The London born singer was a staunch defender of LGBT rights."
Speaking last October at Attitude magazine's annual awards, he said he was delighted to "celebrate homobaduality"
