CNN President Jeff Zucker sent a message to the Warner Center's mailroom. Our newsroom is in the building.
Zucker said the building was "evacuated out of an abundance of caution" and we were "working with authorities to determine the severity of the situation."
All of the world is being checked "out of a complete abundance of caution," he added.

Here's the scene outside the Warner Center building right now

In case you're just tuning in, the Secret Service said "potentially explosive devices" were sent to the Hillary Clinton's home in New York and Barack Obama's home in Washington, DC, earlier this morning.
Then another one is discovered in the Warner Center in NY, where CNN is based, and we evacuated as a result.
Hillary Clinton was in Florida, Bill was at home last night

Hillary Clinton was not at home in New York last night. She is working on Democracy in Florida, and she has an event for a Democratic Congressional hopeful in South Florida today.
However, Bill Clinton was at home last night, according to the President's location. He remains in New York.
A spokesperson for Barack Obama and Michelle Obama would not comment on their whereabouts.
NYC mayor briefed on time Warner Center situation
New York City Mayor Bill of Blasio has been briefed on the ongoing situation at the Time Warner Center, his office tweeted.
Secret Service has not intercepted a suspicious package addressed to the White House
A US Secret Service spokesperson says there are two packages intercepted by Secret Service – the one addressed to Clinton at NY screening facility and the one addressed to Obama at a screening facility in the Washington area.
The White House mail was sent to White House mail.
Customers, hotel guests allowed out but not back in
Patrons of the hotels and businesses that line 58th Street outside the Warner Center in New York are allowed to leave the area, but they will not be allowed in this time.
One hotel tells CNN that they have not been told that their bosses will be allowed back in, as the NYPD is still badessing the situation.
White House condemns attempted attacks

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement:
President Clinton, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and other public figures. These terrorist acts are despicable, and will be responsible for the entire extent of the law. "The United States Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are investigating and will take all appropriate actions to protect you."

The device feels like a real warner

The device has been constructed with a pipe and wire, according to an NYPD source. Law enforcement authorities are treating the device as a real explosive.
The device was discovered in the mailroom of Time Warner Center.

The evacuation at Warner Center includes WarnerMedia corporate offices and the offices Turner channels like TNT. It also includes the mall and the Whole Foods in the Basement.
