Be careful or you will be called to wait.
Comedian Jason Sudeikis and model Irina Shayk were spotted at a celebratory dinner at the Hunt & Fish Club in Midtown on Tuesday – and even shared a friendly hug as they exited the posh restaurant.
The “Ted Lasso” star – who plays an American football coach hired to lead a British football team in the Apple + comedy – joined the model and a dozen others for a steakhouse party hosted by the editor. from British Vogue Edward Enninful, sources told Page Six.
Sudeikis has been seen in a good mood, and we’ve learned he’s single and isn’t casually dating Keeley Hazell anymore.
The former “Saturday Night Live” star has never been really serious with the British model, who has also appeared on “Ted Lasso,” a source said.
“He is not in any relationship,” said a source. “He doesn’t see anyone. He’s definitely not with Keeley. He is fair with his children and focuses on “Ted Lasso”.
Sudeikis, 45, was in New York to promote Season 2 of “Ted Lasso” and was fresh out of his appearance in “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert”, which checks in at the Ed Sullivan Theater, which is about a 10 minute walk from the restaurant.
The actor was even pictured wearing the same multi-colored sweater he wore on the talk show when he arrived around 8 p.m.
He was also joined by Hannah Waddingham and Brett Goldstein, who co-starred on “Ted Lasso,” which will have its second season premiering on Friday.
Hazell, 34, was not present at Tuesday night’s dinner, where guests feasted on, among other things, seafood tours and festive dessert platters.
They also celebrated the birthdays of Waddingham and Goldstein, both of which fall in July.
We are told that Enninful, 49, wanted to meet with Sudeikis to discuss his recent show of support for three black British soccer players who were racially abused after the England team lost in the recent league Euro 2020 football game.
It’s unclear whether 35-year-old Shayk was there for a business mix or just for fun. Another source told us, however, that the model arrived around 9:30 p.m. with her manager.
It looks like the group had a great time, as the dinner lasted for several hours and they didn’t end up leaving until around 12:30 a.m.
Outside the restaurant, Shayk, who wore a black dress and plunging boots, was pictured smiling and sharing a big laugh before hugging the comedian.
A source told us that the model also hugged the others and said goodbye to them.
Shayk, whose interaction with Sudeikis seemed to be just friendly, is apparently back in the market after a whirlwind romance with Kanye West.
Sources recently told us that things are “calming down” between the Russian beauty and rapper “Jesus Walks”, saying Shayk loved West, 44, “like a friend.”
Representatives for Shayk and Sudeikis did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
