An Australian magazine has published photos of what we believe to be the new generation Ford Ranger pickup, expected in 2021 and new from scratch.

It will share a new platform with the much anticipated Bronco (featured in the teaser above), which should be available next year as a 2021 model and which would have a new turbocharged V6 engine and a seven-speed manual transmission optional. (The current Ranger uses a turbocharged 2.3-liter inline four-cylinder engine.) Ford has also confirmed that the Bronco would get a hybrid variant and, as the F-150 would be electrified in the near future, so would the Ranger.
