A man has been arrested for allegedly shooting three people during the baby shower for his expected child at a western Pennsylvania fire station on Saturday during a quarrel over gifts, according to a report.
Chaos erupted in a Kinloch Fire Department room when suspect Isiah Hampton, 25, clashed with an unidentified woman who wanted him to carry the holiday gifts, The Tribune-Review reported , citing a criminal complaint.
The woman slapped Hampton, who was allegedly violent, and he then pushed her around, according to the complaint.
A trio of men attempted to subdue Hampton before he fired three shots from the ground.
A 23-year-old man, a 19-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were shot dead, police said.
All three victims are expected to survive, according to the report.
Hampton told police one of the victims was shot when the gun inadvertently discharged as the men pulled it away from him.
After the shooting, Hampton fled the fire station with his partner, but was caught nearby by police.
He was charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment of another.
