WASHINGTON – White House National Security Advisor John Bolton said Sunday that most of North Korea's nuclear program could be dismantled by a year
Bolton also said in Washington : "Face the Nation" aware of Pyongyang's failure to keep its promises in the past.
"There is no starry-eyed feeling among the group doing this," he said. "We are well aware of what North Koreans have done in the past."
