Opposite Realme has launched a new Solar Red color variant of his smartphone RealMe 1 in India. The RealMe 1 Solar Red variant is only available in the internal storage variant of 4 GB RAM and 64 GB. It has been rated at Rs 10,990 and is available exclusively on Amazon in India. The smartphone was first launched in the Diamond Black color variant, and the company added a silver color variant.

The Moonlight Silver and Solar Red color variants are only available in the 4GB RAM / 64GB internal storage configuration. However, the Diamond Black variant has two other configurations available, which sport 3GB of RAM / 32GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM / 128GB of internal storage. These prices are respectively set at Rs 8,990 and Rs 13,990.

According to specifications, the RealMe 1 Solar Red variant sports a 6-inch Full HD screen with a resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels. It is powered by the Octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 processor clocked at 2 GHz with a specific chip to AI two-core. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage via a microSD card slot. It runs on Google's Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with the company's ColorOS 5.0 skin on the top, all of which is backed by a non-removable 3410 mAh battery.

The RealMe 1 has a 13MP primary camera with a LED flash with an 8MP front camera for selfies that both support AR stickers. The company has removed the fingerprint sensor in favor of its technology of unlocking the face, which, according to the company, allows to unlock the smartphone in 0.1 second and has 296 facial recognition points. RealMe 1 is considered a competitor of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 series on the market.
