"Marquez did everything legally," Shook told the newspaper. but did not show this individual because he was very concerned about how this individual was making threats. I hope this case can be dismissed because I do not think it's broken the law. "

White, 23, was charged on June 7 on a aggravated badault with a deadly weapon and is currently free on a James White sent a statement to the Eagle Dothan in his hometown from Dothan, Alabama, in which he described the road rage incident at my driver's side while driving and continued to scream racial slurs such as the word "N" while threatening to kill me. Simultaneously by doing this, he began to reach his glovebox and that's when I flashed my weapon. "

White's statement went on to say that he believes the allegations are of a personal nature

"Me and my legal team I firmly believe that it is a personal attack against my image, as well as the star," he told the newspaper.

White is scheduled to appear in court on August 10, the Star-Telegram reported.
