Cowboys Cornerback arrested in October 2017 Aggression: Reports

The man followed White to his apartment and called the police, the news station wrote.

It is unclear why it took White eight months to be charged in the incident, but his lawyer, Toby Shook, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that there was a "breakdown in the communications."
