We are potentially less than two months from the launch of the Sony Xperia XZ3, but we still do not know much about it. But one thing we have now heard is that it could have four cameras in total, with two at the back and two at the front.
A source that was supposed to be reliable in the past has said so much to Sumahoinfo, that by providing an image apparently showing the camera modules.
The module for the rear camera is supposed to be the same as the one used on the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, which would mean a 19MP and 12MP pairing, but up to now, the high-end Sony phones are stuck with just a camera on the front and there are no details on the specifications or features of it.
From three lenses to four
As always, we took this leak with a pinch of salt, especially since Sony recently put a dual lens camera on a phone – so add another goal already seems
But then, the trend seems to be more and more lenses, with Samsung, for example, that would have put five lenses on the Samsung Galaxy S10, so it might make sense if Sony wanted to continue.
We will know soon, since Sony will hold a press conference at IFA 2018 on August 30, so there is a chance we will see the phone there.
