Some 200 settlers returned Monday to the Sa-Nur settlement in northern Samaria to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the evacuation.
The settlers were also joined by deputies Shuli Mualem-Rafaeli and Bezalel Smotrich of Bayit Yehudi.
Settlers from Homesh's evacuated colony were behind the move, which was not coordinated with the security forces.

"We have returned home from the ideology of love for the Earth d & # Israel, "said one of the settlers, Benny Gal.
"Organizing this with families and logistics required advanced preparation," continued Gal. "When you go with families in a place without electricity or water, there is a lot of preparation to do."
Whole families came together to Sa-Nur. Hanna Goldmintz, who came with her seven children, explained that "this is an educational act, and that's why I chose to come with my children. This is part of our actions to compensate for the disgrace of the evacuation that was made here "

Bayit MP Yehudi Shuli Mualem-Rafaeli noted that "unlike Homesh, which is much more accessible, no one has come to Sa-Nur for a long time".
"For a year and a half we have been asking for the cancellation
of this law on the disengagement that has been imposed on northern Samaria, which has unfortunately been handed over to the Ministerial Committee on several occasions and which has failed to be vetoed by the Prime Minister, "Mualem- Rafaeli.
"As we mark 13 years of expulsion, complete darkness cast on the Jewish colony that was destroyed in the communities of northern Samaria, we turn on the light, this place." she added.

Bezalel Smotrich, a member of Bayit Yehudi, said that "mistakes must be corrected, there is not a child who does not understand that this expulsion was madness".
"The discussion takes place with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense, and the answer to the question of why this law has not yet been rescinded is in the hands of Netanyahu," accused Smotrich . "We have already learned that when public pressure is created, we finally reach the goal, as we did with the regulatory law."
The Sa-Nur settlement was evacuated in 2005 as part of the Gaza disengagement plan with other settlements in northern Samaria, Ganim, Kadim and Homesh.
In the 13 years that have pbaded since, evacuated families have attempted to cancel the disengagement law in order to return to northern Samaria.
Settlers occasionally organize family arrivals in the area to let the government know that they intend to return home.
