Kape Technologies PLC, a London-listed company, announced Tuesday that it had bought cybersecurity firm Netural Holdings Ltd., under the name of Intego, for $ 16 million. Kape acquired Intego from Bessemer Venture Partners.
Kape is a cybersecurity company that develops security, privacy and online autonomy products. Kape employs 300 people in offices in London, Tel Aviv, Germany, Romania and Cyprus.
Founded in 1997, Intego develops cybersecurity and privacy software including malware protection, firewall, antispam, backup and data protection for Mac and iOS computers.
