Dr. Einat Kalisch will be the next mayor of Haifa, unseating incumbent mayor Yona Yahav on Tuesday, according to exit polls of Radio Haifa.

Kalisch garnered nearly 60% of votes in the exit polls, while Yahav won 35% of votes. Yahav has been the mayor of Haifa for 15 years.

Official results are not expected until Wednesday.
