WEBVTT WARM UP. RIGHT NOW, TEMPERATURES ARE WARMER THEN WE WILL PROBABLY SEE ALL DAY TOMORROW. HERE’S A LOOK OVER DOWNTOWN OMAHA. 30 DEGREES RIGHT NOW, A NORTH BREEZE AT EIGHT MILES PER HOUR. TEMPERATURES IN THE 20’S AND LOWER 30’S. ALWAYS DOWN THE 23 IN NORFOLK. WITH ANY BREEZE, WE GET TEMPERATURES THIS COLD IT WILL FEEL EVEN COLDER. FEELS LIKE 22 IN THE OMAHA METRO. THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT WILL GET FOR THE NEXT 36-48 HOURS. WE WILL SPEND MUCH OF THAT TIME WITH WIND CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS. TODAY, WE SNUCK UP TO 41 DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON BUT MOSTLY AFTER AN EVENING IN THE 30’S, WE STARTED OFF THIS MORNING AT 24. TOMORROW, 20’S ALL DAY. LOW 20’S IN THE MORNING, MID 20’S IN THE AFTERNOON. ONCE YOU FACTOR IN THE BREEZE, AND GUSTS, 20 OR 25 MILES PER HOUR IT WILL FEEL MORE LIKE THE SINGLE DIGITS FOR A GOOD CHUNK OF THE MORNING. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE HEAVY JACKET, GLOVES, HAS YOU GET OUT FOR WORK AND SCHOOL. PICKING UP A FEW FLURRIES. MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION SOUTH OF THE KANSAS-NEBRASKA BORDER. THIS IS A BIG SYSTEM THAT IS BRINGING IN ANOTHER SHOT OF ARCTIC AIR. THE SNOW WAS OFF TO OUR SOUTH BUT COLDER AIR WILL CONTINUE TO FILTER AND AS WE HEAD INTO MONDAY. THE SNOW PUSHES SOUTH TONIGHT. PRESSURE STARTS TO BUILD IN. WINS PICK UP. TOMORROW MORNING, STAY WITH US THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THAT WILL KEEP THE TEMPERATURES FROM GETTING UP ABOVE THE MIDDLE OR UPPER 20’S THROUGHOUT THE DAY. HIGH-PRESSURE OVERHEAD TOMORROW NIGHT. THAT WILL COME THINGS DOWN A BIT BUT IT WILL BE BRUTALLY COLD AS WE HEAD INTO TUESDAY MORNING. A CLOSER LOOK, CLOUDY TONIGHT, CLOUDY SMALL MORNING. TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER 20’S. I WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP CLOUDS IN THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING. MAYBE A FEW FLURRIES TO THE SOUTH BUT BY LUNCHTIME IT IS MID 20’S. WE WILL GET SUNSHINE, ESPECIALLY LATE DAY INTO THE EARLY EVENING. TEMPERATURES IN THE 20’S. TONIGHT, MOSTLY CLOUDY AND IT IS CHILLY. BREEZY AT TIMES, 21 DEGREES. IT WILL FEEL MORE LIKE IT IS IN THE TEENS. 27 TOMORROW, MINOR IMPROVEMENT TUESDAY. UNTIL WEDNESDAY WE GET THIS YOU NICE BUMP IN TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 40’S AND NEAR 50.
