Israeli security forces will demolish the home of the Arab terrorist who murdered an Israeli-American man in a shopping mall south of Jerusalem in September, the Israeli army said overnight.
Early Tuesday morning, the IDF announced that Khalil Jabarin's home would be demolished in response to the 45-year-old Ari Fuld, 45-year-old Jabarin's murder.
An American immigrant living in the city of Efrat in Gush Etzion, Fuld was a pro-Israel activist and a member of the Efrat Rapid Response Team.
Jabarin stabbed Fuld on Sept. 16 at the back of a Gush Etzion mall, fatally wounding him.
Despite his injuries, Fuld managed to unsheathe his personal weapon and shoot the terrorist, neutralizing him and preventing Jabarin from harming new victims.
Jabarin was wounded in a moderate state.
On Tuesday, the IDF announced that Jabarin's home on the third floor of a three-storey building in Yatta city controlled by the Palestinian Authority would be demolished, with the rest of the building remaining intact.
The terrorist's family has until Sunday morning to appeal the demolition decree. If the initial appeal order is dismissed, the family will likely appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court.
