It's unclear what upset Kate, but one source said that she "had just given birth to Prince Louis and that she felt very moved".
That said, an insider tells The daily mail that there is not that much drama. "Although there is tension behind the scenes, Kate is rather inflexible and nothing has become serious enough to make Harry and Meghan want to move," says their source. "People are really happy to see them so happy."
