Glasgow songwriter to hit the road in March
Gerry Cinnamon has announced a series of tour dates for the UK and Ireland in 2019.
The singer-songwriter from Glasgow, who currently supports the Courteeners in their winter tour, is presented as "the most successful freelance artist in Scotland". The success of Cinnamon includes a series of sold-out concerts at the Glasgow Barrowland Ballroom, which sees him becoming the first unsigned artist to sell the venue several times.
Cinnamon has announced its biggest tour of the UK and Ireland, which begins March 7 at Ulster Hall in Belfast. The tour will continue until the end of the month, when he will complete the tour with a concert at the O2 Institute in Birmingham on March 31st.
About the tour, Cinnamon said, "The past year has been crazy. The album flies. The Scottish tour was sold in record time. England and Ireland did the same thing, then two nights at the dam. And all that comes from word of mouth. No big marketing. This means that people who come to concerts are there because they love their music. It means that it's real. It may not sound like much, but it means something to me. See when the crowd with you singing every word is a crazy feeling. I can not wait to start over with these shows! "
Watch the dates of the Cinnamon tour below and buy the tickets here, when they will be on sale Friday at 9am (November 30th).
