The first trailer of Luther"The fifth season has come and we see an old face coming back from death.
After an absence of three years, the first trailer shows John Luther (Idris Elba) as he faces the darkest murders with new recruit D.S. Catherine Halliday (Wunmi Mosaku).
Yet, it seems that we have not seen anything yet. "It will get worse," says the sinister trailer.
"Much worse."

But as the trailer draws to a close, we see a brief glimpse of Luther's close ally, Alice Morgan (Ruth Wilson). It seems she may not be dead after all, she has already been killed on screen in a single episode of the series.
In season 5, Elba had previously told Metro: "All I can say is that we know how long fans are waiting for the show and we never take it lightly.
"So we have to keep an eye on how not to do what we did before, while saying to the audience," That's Luther 'so you recognize the features. "
