The father of fugitive terrorist Barkan was indicted Thursday in a military court in the West Bank for failing to prevent the attack and obstructing justice, Israeli Defense Ministry spokesman said. .

In early October, 23-year-old Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na'alwa of the Shweika village in the West Bank near Tulkarem shot dead Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel, 29, of Rosh Ha'ayin, and Ziv Hagbi, 35, of Rishon. Lezion. He is also suspected of having shot a third woman, seriously injuring her.
