Police arrested a 44-year-old man on Monday suspected of captivating a 21-year-old woman at his home in Bat Yam.
The suspect was arrested a week ago as a result of a report of a man forcing a woman into a car.
The investigation revealed that a month earlier, the suspect, a relative of the woman, had chained him in a closet of his apartment for three days.
Meanwhile, the suspect, along with his wife, reportedly starved the woman and carried out an indecent badault.
