The air sirens were heard Saturday at Hof Ashkelon and the Sha'Ar HaNegev Regional Council as a result of ongoing air force strikes against various terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian media reports that a terror tunnel and an outpost have been destroyed so far, but no casualties have been reported as Hamas and other factions removed their men from the targets overnight.

Friday night, more than 30 rockets were fired on southern Israel by Hamas.
