A fatal car accident occurred on Highway 5 on Thursday afternoon, in which one person was killed and two others injured, one lightly and the other seriously, according to the first police reports.
Doctors who arrived at the scene described the horrific spectacle of a car stuck under a bus and set on fire, while two people were still stuck in the private vehicle.
"When we arrived at the scene, we discovered a very serious accident and the sight was shocking," said a ZAKA doctor. "A car carrying two pbadengers was in flames while it was stuck under a bus." The bus, which was carrying the driver and seven pbadengers, also caught fire. "
A pbadenger in the car, who was badly burned and injured in the body, showed no signs of life and doctors declared her death on the scene. A 50-year-old man, apparently the driver of the private vehicle, was rescued on the spot, after being seriously injured and severely burned to the body, and evacuated to the Petah Tikvah Rabin Medical Center.
The bus, under which the car was stuck, also caught fire and the driver was slightly injured. He received medical treatment and was evacuated to the Petin Tikvah Rabin Medical Center, as well as seven pbadengers who were victims of panic attacks due to the accident.
