Denise Van Outen filmed her first scenes on the official set of Neighbors in Australia.

The Australian soap bosses revealed that Denise, 45, would join the series in the role of Prue Wallace.

The actress and presenter has already shot some scenes in London alongside Neighbors favorites Stefan Dennis and Rebekah Elmaloglou, who play Paul Robinson and Terese Willis.

Now, she's been to meet some of the actors on the soap opera, sharing a behind-the-scenes glimpse with her new co-stars, Jemma Donovan and Zima Anderson, who play Harlow Robinson and Roxy Willis.

Denise posted a selfie alongside the two young actresses of Neighbors filming.

The TV personality also filmed his co-star Zima entering one of the show's homes, chuckling as he struggled to open the door before exploring the interior.

Between filming, Denise made sure to master her workouts because she posted a picture of herself at the gym.

Denise was chosen as the mother of newcomer Harlow, played by actress Jemma, daughter of Neighbors legend Jason Donovan.

Paul Robinson will meet Prue in London in scenes that will pave the way for one of the soap opera's biggest stories later this year.

Last June, Denise was filming in London alongside Good Morning Britain's Richard Arnold, who had been chosen to play his friend Graham.

He made his own debut on the Australian soap opera in the role, joining the cast for scenes in the UK.
