Israeli soldiers kidnap eighteen Palestinians in the West Bank – IMEMC News

The Palestinian Prisoners' Society (PPS) reported that Israeli soldiers abducted at least 18 Palestinians, including one wounded young man, in parts of the occupied West Bank until the next day.

The PPS office in Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank, said the soldiers had invaded and searched many houses before abducting seven Palestinians.

The soldiers abducted 23-year-old Mohannad Abdul-Fattah Rajabi, who was shot in the right leg with seven live bullets in his right leg two years ago, and who continues to receive medical treatment.

The SPP warned that the prisoner would likely face serious complications, including surgery, rehabilitation, constant treatment and follow-up.

The soldiers also abducted Mohammad Taiseer al-Atrash, 24, Hamza Tareq Gheith, 22-year-old Falah Hamdi Abu Mariya and his brother Yahia, 24, as well as Khattab Waheed Abu Mariya and Mohammad Samir Abu Arram. The soldiers repeatedly badaulted Yahia before removing him.

The PPS reported that the soldiers had broken the main door of Falah's home and carried out a violent search on the property, causing him excessive property damage, in addition to hitting his son, Haidar, with their clubs and rifles.

In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Maher Ahmad Thaher, 21, his brother Mahdi, 24, and Shadi Dar Khalil, 21.

In addition, soldiers invaded homes in Hizma town, east of Jerusalem, searched homes and abducted Mohammad Hamza Salaheddin and Mossab Abdul-Rahman Khatib.

In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Soheib Sarkaji and Omar Sarkaji.

In Jenin, also in the northern West Bank, the soldiers kidnapped Zaher Jamal Za'our.

In addition, the soldiers abducted two Palestinians, identified as Ahmad Shaban Nofal and Mohammad Essam Khaled, at their home in Qalqilia, in the northern West Bank.

In the town of Zawiya, Salfit governorate, the soldiers abducted Adham Ismael Saber.

It should be noted that soldiers abducted Majd Rajabi, 34, on Monday night at a roadblock near the Ibrahimi mosque in the southern West Bank city of Hebron and Mohammad Abu Arram in Yatta city, south of Hebron.
