Kruspe from Rammstein has "mixed feelings" about the 2019 tour

Rammstein guitarist Richard Kruspe says he has "mixed feelings" about the band's European tour in 2019.

The group will give 16 concerts next summer, will start at La Defense Arena in Paris on June 28 and will end with a set at the Vienna Stadium Ernst-Happel on August 22.

And while he is eager to run, Mr. Kruspe has said that the outdoor shows give him some concern because the atmosphere will be completely different from that of indoor concerts.

Asked about his enthusiasm for the tour, the guitarist told Kaaos TV: "I have mixed feelings. Obviously, I'm looking forward to doing something like this, because we have not done it before. This is like the next step.

"On the other hand, it's also a big responsibility. We started playing at a very high level and we just realized that in a stadium, it's different. Everything is different – you have to think differently, taking into account the light of day. Just all those things you need to consider. It is not so easy.

"My brain goes around thinking about what you can and can not do. Hope we find something good. "

Kruspe adds, "It'll be interesting. At this point, I am very happy that there are five other guys who also have to bear their burden. "

Meanwhile, Kruspe Emigrate parallel project will release the album One million degrees Friday, November 30 via Spinefarm Records. The disc includes a number of guests, including Rammstein group leader, Till Lindemann, and Cardinal Copia de Ghost.
