Colombian-Lebanese singer Shakira on Friday visited her father, the Lebanese city of Tannourine, in northern Lebanon, as part of her visit where she is scheduled to perform at a concert – her second, in same city – The singer and performer arrived in the middle of the safety of the mountainous city of Tannourine from where her grandparents emigrated to the United States, where her father William Mebarak Chadid was born and immigrated later at the age of five with his parents for Colombia.

During the ceremony, Shakira says in Arabic: "Hello Tannurine, Thank you, I am happy to be here."
Shakira visited Lebanon for the first time in 2003 and later in 2011 when she held a concert.
She was accompanied during this trip by her parents and two children with her Spanish partner – football player Gerard Pique.

Shakira began her international tour on June 3 in the German city of Hamburg and she will finish on August 24 in Saint Antonio United States
The singer has 13 Latin Grammy Awards and three Grammy International Awards.
