Live selection will take place in February
More than half a year remains before the international song contest “Eurovision-2019”, which will take place in tel Aviv.
So, the first semifinal, second semifinal and the final of “Eurovision” will be held on 14, 16 and 18 may, respectively. The event will be held in the EXPO in Tel Aviv.
On the official website of the Eurovision song contest in Ukraine in Instagram appeared a message which States: “the National selection-2019 has already begun. Music producer of the National selection remains Ruslan Kvinta. Leading live broadcasts – Sergey Prytula. The composition of judges will be announced soon. Live broadcasts of the National selection-2019 will be held on 9, 16 and 23 February”.
Earlier there were disputes about the location for the competition. The European broadcasting Union was unhappy with government intervention in the organization of the competition.
Recently, world cultural figures wrote an open letter which expressed protest in connection with the contest in Israel and urged countries to boycott it. There were also rumours that the competition can and does move to another country.
