According to NTA, the call for tenders of NIS 15 billion will appeal to the PPP public-private partnership. Calls for tenders will also be published progressively in the coming months for the civil works and the project infrastructure.

The green line will connect Holon and Rishon Lezion to Tel Aviv's center, Tel Aviv University, Herzliya Industrial Zone. Kiryat Atidim high tech area. The line will be 39 kilometers long, four kilometers underground, and will have 62 stations.
