The plane that was making an emergency landing at Ben-Gurion International Airport landed safely, the Israeli press reported on Monday.

The Wizz Air flight, carrying 178 pbadengers, was to travel to Riga, Latvia. Israel due to engine failure.

Israeli media reported around noon local time, it was supposed to make an emergency landing after an engine failure. According to a statement issued by Magen David Adom, ambulances, paramedics and emergency medical personnel were on hand
