At an event that took place earlier this afternoon, Kate Middleton hinted that Prince George and Princess Charlotte actually had a totally regs-person nickname for their father, His Royal Highness, future king of England, Prince William.
By and large, Kate and Will were in Leicester where they visited a football stadium (read: soccer). While there, someone asked Kate how the children were doing. Answer: they are great! The woman, holding a season card for the team, said People "Kate said William was playing football with the kids last night and one of them said, I think it was George," Are you playing football tomorrow, Pops? "
POPS? SO CUTE. N / A NORMAL. So … American? Idk.
In case you'd be damn, it's too cute, here's some more info on royal nicknames: Kate told ITV in 2016 that George had one for his great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. "George is only two and a half years old and he calls her" Gan-Gan, "Kate said. "She always leaves a little present or something in their room when we stay, and that shows her love for her family." SO PRECIOUS.
And if you're ALWAYS curious about royal nicknames, probably know that Meghan Markle calls Prince Harry "my love". You can see her doing it in this video.
Ok that's all! Enjoy your day!
