Famous Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino and Israeli singer Daniella Pick were married Wednesday night at an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles.
Tarantino, 55, and Pick, 35, were engaged last summer after a romantic relationship of about a year. The two men met for the first time in 2009, while the director was in Israel to promote his film Inglorious Basterds. They started dating together before breaking up quickly, but they reconciled in 2016.
Pick – who also works as a model – is the daughter of the famous Israeli singer Tzvika Pick, and Tarantino is best known for his films Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill.
The couple published a photo of their wedding exclusively for People According to the magazine, "Pick wore a white dress, a white veil with a low neckline and a tiara while Tarantino looked bright in a black suit. The couple posed in front of a spectacular wall of white flowers."
Pick wore two dresses during the evening, both created by Dana Harel, an Israeli designer with a showroom in Tel Aviv. Pick appeared in the more formal dress of the ceremony; she has changed into a silk dress with swarovski straps and an open back for the evening.
A photo of Michael Silva, a hairdresser in Los Angeles, showed a flower-huppa, a bottle of wine, a cup of kiddush and a tallit on the wedding site. A photo posted by Harel on Instagram showed that the couple had been raised on a chair by wedding guests – a tradition at Jewish weddings.
