The family of a seven-year-old boy who was kidnapped outside his home on Tuesday reached an agreement with his kidnappers for his return, according to a television report Wednesday.

According to Channel 10, Karim Jumhour is in good health and unscathed, although the police still do not know where he is being held. The television report quoted Arab sources as saying the boy would be released in the next few hours.

This development followed a previous ransom demand made by the kidnappers.
