Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg resumed on Tuesday its investigation of the criminal case about the murder of singer Igor Talkova.

“13 November 2018 GSU SK of Russia across St.-Petersburg resumed the investigation of the criminal case brought on signs of the crime under paragraph “b, d” of article 102 of the criminal code of the RSFSR, into the killing of 6 October 1991, at the Palace of sports “Jubilee” singer Igor Talkova”, – stated in the message.
As noted in Sldram, the investigation has collected sufficient evidence on the basis of which 6 may 1992 and 18 March 1993, the decision about attraction as the accused Valery Shlafman in the murder of Igor Talkova by negligence, that is on signs of the crime provided by article 106 of the criminal code of the RSFSR, elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.
Established in January 1992 Shlyafman left for permanent residence in the state of Israel.
March 19, 1993, the criminal proceedings suspended under paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 195 of the criminal procedure code of the RSFSR (in the case when the defendant has evaded investigation or trial or when otherwise not established his whereabouts).
“Earlier in the criminal case as the victim was recognized as the mother of Igor Talkova. Now the result satisfied the petition of Tatiana Talcove, widow of Igor Talkova, to recognize her victim as the mother of the singer died. After interrogation as the victim and her defender will be provided to review the materials of the criminal case according to article 42 of the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation”, – reads the message.
