Aside from the title, there is not much to know so far about the plot of Wonder Woman: 1984 but in simple terms, it will be implemented in the 1980s and will have to do with the Cold War. It will be in the United States this time, and Wonder Woman will take Soviet forces to some extent. That it is a spy, a soldier, a diplomat or another role is not clear at this point, but Let's be honest, it's not like this movie was a political maneuver.

What has been published so far
Up to now, there has been no official trailer from Wonder Woman: 1984 but we got a preview of the photos that were released. There is a picture of Wonder Woman fully equipped, with some small changes to the costume of the first film tweeted by Gal Gadot herself. It shows a metal that shines a bit more, a brighter red bodice and a truer blue skirt, giving it a more elegant look that is reminiscent of Lynda Carter's clbadic costume.
Patty Jenkins recently tweeted Kristen Wiig's first picture as Cheetah, but that did not give us so much insight into the character; Kristen Wiig honestly shows herself. In the photo, she stands in a museum, dressed in normal clothes, and stares at an exhibition that is not visible in the photo.
Patty Jenkins confirms the involvement of Chris Pine in the film by sharing a photo of him in a matching Jacket / Pants Suit with very 80s tennis shoes and even more 80's background characters. He it looks a bit confusing on the photo, so it's possible that it's alluding to a time travel situation, but of course we can not be sure.
What we want at Comic-Con

In a perfect world we would have a trailer, but since James Wan has already announced that he will drop the trailer of Aquaman to Comic-Con, and Wonder Woman: 1984 will not come out more than a year, we do not hold our breath. That said, a trailer is always a possibility and other details of the plot, especially around the central conflict, would be excellent.
