– WWE records the content of the December NXT series at Full Sail University. The results are, according to Wrestling Inc:
* Matt Riddle has defeated Punishment Martinez. The punishment becomes a good pop. The penalty is a little offensive, but Riddle wins with Bromission. After the match, Kbadius Ohno poses Riddle on the ramp with one elbow.
* The forgotten sons (Steve Cutler & Wesley Blake) def. Raul Mendoza and Humberto Carrillo. An innovative attack to start with Mendoza & Carrillo until Cutler catches Mendoza in a whisper in the wind attempt and sends it to Humberto. Mendoza gives the label to Humberto, who is unleashed. Humberto with a lunar moon roll for a near fall. Mendoza will do a suicide dive on Cutler, but eat a forearm. This distracts Humberto and allows the Sons to take advantage and hit their double team finisher for the win.
* Shayna Baszler (with Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir) def. Dakota Kai. Shayna dominates after Kai has had a start wave. Kai defends himself with kicks and hits his boot. Shayna avoids a second attempt and hits a knee in the face for two seconds. Dakota hits a big boot and a double shot on the top rope for an imminent approach. Shayna hurts her head to stop another trampling attempt. Dakota fights again with kicks, but Shayna stumbles and locks the throttle for victory. After the match, the Horsewomen mistreat Dakota until Io Shirai makes the rescue. Io clears the ring and the Horsewomen put Shayna safe before Dakota hits.
* The NXT champion, Tommaso Ciampa, comes for a promo. Ciampa says it ended the fairy tale, unveiled the mystique and turned the dream into a nightmare. Yet the crowd still does not accept him as a champion. Said that this title reign will go into history and will be taught to children for years to come. Aleister Black interrupts. Said that he stood at the feet of Gargano and his sins, the sins that Ciampa created. Black invokes his revenge for "Takeover: Phoenix", but Johnny Gargano interrupts him and tells him that Black and he have not finished. Ciampa feeds the fires and says they should be both in the WarGames structure and says, in his opinion, that they should finish him in a steel cage match. Gargano agrees and says that he wants the match. Aleister says he will fight it anywhere, even in the parking lot. Johnny says it did not work well for him last time. * EC3 defeated Bobby Fish (with The Undisputed Era). Before the match, Adam Cole made a promo saying that 2018 marked the beginning of a decade of domination for them and that in 2019, they would all be draped in the gold medal at the championship. EC3 takes control to start. Fish tries to defend himself, but EC3 hits a powerbomb and sends Fish out. NXT Tag team champions Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly jump on the apron to distract and Fish gets injured knee injured by EC3 to take control. Fish with an exploder for 2. EC3 with suplex and punches to defend yourself. EC3 makes his elbow and Undisputed distracts again. Fish takes a cloverleaf, but EC3 tilts it for the win. After the match, The Undisputed Era attacks EC3 until Heavy Machinery makes a save and clears the ring. EC3 reaches One Percenter on Kyle and Otis follows suit with Caterpillar
* Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch defeated the mighty. They fight to start. Oney hits his cannonball pique. Oney turns a dropkick into a powerbomb and a one-legged crab on Shane Thorne. Nick Miller with a big spinebuster for 2. Burch with a Thesz press, and goes wild. Dropkick to Thorne. Thorne is fighting a Doomsday Device attempt and The Mighty is hitting a powerbomb / superplex combo around the corner. Miller with a powerslam and Thorne fires a cannon back on Miller's back. Oney fights with slaps and displays Miller. Danny gets the etiquette and they hit the high DDT for the win. Fun Sprint
* Mia Yim defeated Reina Gonzalez to qualify for a Fatal 4 Way to determine the No. 1 contender for the women's NXT title.. Mia with several attempts to choke at the early guillotine. Reina goes out and drapes her on the top rope. Mia finally hits Eat Defeat for the pin
* North American champion NXT Ricochet retained on Tyler Breeze. Great match. Breeze becomes a huge pop when his music hits. Ricochet misses a Phoenix Splash. They exchange pawns and touch a double crossbody. Breeze with a great kick and a reversal of the rana for a near-fall. Ricochet catches Breeze's Beauty Shot attempt and scores a Cradle Shock for the win.
* Io Shirai and Dakota Kai def. Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir. Jessamyn controls Dakota very early. Dakota makes the label to Io, who is unleashed on Marina. Io with double knees and sets up for the moonsault. Duke tries to distract him, but Dakota hits her with a running boot and Io hits for Moonsault.
* Dominik Dijakovic defeated Aaron Mackey. Mackey is the southern independent wrestler AC Mack. Total squash match. Dijakovic hits Feast Your Eyes for the win.
* Heavy Machinery defeated two improvement talents during a squash match. The Undisputed Era comes on stage to make fun of it. The machines hit the compactor on one truck, but do not use the pin to touch the other. They then hit a double compactor for the victory.
* Matt Riddle defeated Kbadius Ohno. Riddle kneels down but Kbadius avoids it. Riddle hits a huge suplex and Bro-tone Splash. Ohno takes control. Ohno with a boot that turns for 2. Ohno hits 2 lightning senton, but Riddle catches Ohno in Bromission for the tapout. After the match, Riddle offers a punch but Ohno refuses. Ohno enters the ring and knelt down for a punch, but then throws Riddle into the ring. Ohno throws him down the stairs and puts him down with an elbow, then takes his hand for the punch.
* Jaxson Ryker def. Mitch Taverna in a total squash. They had to re-film the finish and Ryker twice hit the powerbomb with rope bounce to make sure everything was done right.
