The Dallas Cowboys are desperate. They do not have anyone important to catch Dak Prescott's balls. So, in those early days of the training camp, they turn to Austin, a multidimensional non-threat.

Amid the mediocrity stored at the receiver, Austin generated a buzz in Dallas.

His career in rushing at the finish after five seasons is 509 yards in 2016. He can average 6.7 yards per run, but he also averages 8.7 yards per receiving. Even Sean McVay could not know what to do with Austin, who had a career low in the Los Angeles Rams' high octane attack in 2017.

Other receiver options include Terrance Williams, a perpetual disappointment, and Deonte Thompson, a star on the track who is still figuring out how to play the receiver.
