An Israeli woman who was seriously injured in a zipline accident in Honduras, who said that her husband's life had undergone surgery to stabilize her condition, then flew to a hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida .

She regained consciousness and should be transferred to an internal department of the hospital in the coming days.

The newlyweds were in Honduras for their honeymoon. The husband, 29, went down the zipline after his wife.

"Apparently, zipline operators have been careless," said a close friend of the family. "She went first and the husband went right after her, but too soon, therefore, he violently hit his wife and rejected her."

The husband's father and brother traveled to the Central American nation, where they identified his body and began to coordinate to bring him back to Israel to bury him.

The Embbady of Israel in Guatemala and the Department of Israelis Foreign Ministry of Foreign Affairs help return the body of the husband to Israel.

The Pbadport Card Travel Insurance Company stated that the wife had undergone a six-hour surgery in Honduras before being flown to the United States.
