Sean Kenney creates incredible sculptures from Legos. And one of his exhibitions could come to your city.
Who would not want to spend every day of his life playing with Legos – as an adult, is not it?
Sean Kenney, a 42-year-old New Yorker, is one of only 16 Lego Certified Professionals in the world. Since his first Lego game at the age of 4, he describes himself as a "Lego maniac". He created models, portraits, murals and mini cities and entire neighborhoods, all from Legos. You can even send him a family photo, and he will turn it into a 3D Lego portrait that you can hang on your wall.
And this week, Kenney brought her incredible creations to Israel for the first time. The artist has spent 10,000 hours building a new public exhibition in Tel Aviv's harbor which includes about 25 2D and 3D Lego masterpieces, including a tricycle, a mosaic of birds, a giant rubber duck and a Times Square model.
