Throwing blows leads to easy ejections. Everytime: David Montgomery was ejected in the third quarter following a scuffle that put the field safe and stopped the game for about five minutes.

Baylor's Greg Roberts, who was also ejected, punched Montgomery in front of a referee. In response, Montgomery leaned over and seemed to kneel.

Even though Roberts was the apparent instigator, it was an easy ejection for both players. Punch, you're shaking.

As a result, Montgomery may be missing for the first half of the Iowa State against Texas next week. The 12 largest offices review all battles and have the last word.

First thoughts: Montgomery and the State Defense of Iowa are fighting for victory at Baylor

The defense of the state of Iowa used just enough flexion to win: The Cyclones surpbaded 505 yards at 355 yards and Baylor had them 34 minutes and 59 seconds at 25:01. Still, Iowa State won, largely due to the ball's efficiency and defense in the first half.

Baylor just could not finish his goods early.

Baylor's first training: 12 pieces, 47 yards, 7:39, punt 31 … 0 points from Iowa State.

Baylor's second training: nine games, 56 yards, 3:35, misses a 31-yard placement … a goose egg.

Baylor's third disc: 12 games, 66 yards, 5:21, misses a 29-yard placement … nada.

Mike Rose and Jamahl Johnson combined for an 8-meter bag that, with a penalty of maintenance, derailed the Bears' first training. From '' Monte Ruth '' stopped Jalen Hurd for a 1 yard win and the secondary player forced a check to the third and eighths that followed to stop the second training. Greg Eisworth forced an unfinished on a key key, the third and eighth (which were originally deemed receivable) to block Baylor's third player.

The Bears managed to ambad big wins against Iowa State, racking up 11 more than 15 yards. But bend-do-break-break can make you win games … with the help of a few missed goals and a fourth-quarter ejection from Baylor.

San Antonio pays attention to Ames: Representatives of the Alamo Bowl, who played every year at Alamadome of San Antonio, were present on Saturday.

The game features top schools among the Big 12 and Pac 12, after all the playoff selections for college football. (That would be pretty much impossible for Pac 12 and that does not seem very likely for the Big 12.)
