Bucs DC Todd Bowles
A few weeks ago, new Bucs linebacker, Devin White, choice number 5, sits with coaches Bucs.
Of course, one of them was the trusted architect of the new Tampa Bay defense.
Todd Bowles does not really like hyperbole and rhetoric, so Joe was intrigued to hear from White that Bowles had told him, "It will be like you have a new bright toy" if the Bucs chose White.
The quote comes from White in Nashvile with the WTSP-TV, Ch. 10 sports director Ryan Bass. It seems that Ch. 10 was the only local media for the big party. Congratulations to them.
White added that Bowles had told him that his transition to the Bucs' new 3-4 defense would be extremely fluid.
