Palio di Siena on July 2: the historic procession

The historic procession of the Palio di Siena on 2 July 2018 will enter Piazza del Campo at 5:20 pm preceded by the charge of the Carabinieri on horseback.

Tonight, at the exit of the horses from the entrance at 19:30, the Palio will be run in the honor of the Madonna di Provenzano and Drappellone, directed by the Sienese artist Emilio Giannelli will be awarded to the winning Contrada
