Keim also told the agent that he was working with Sean McKenzie. However, the officer wrote in the police report that they thought Keim was referring to the agent Sean McKenzie who was killed in an off-duty collision in 2014.

Keim was arrested later for impaired driving. The official Cardinals apologized in a statement, saying he regretted his "bad judgment".
