Friday: breakfast with a pineapple juice and 60 grams of pineapple. Snack: two slices of pineapple. Lunch: 150 grams of boiled fish, 2 raw carrots. Dinner: a portion of minestrone or vegetable soup and a slice of wholemeal bread. Saturday: breakfast with a cup of apple juice, a slice of wholemeal bread. Lunch: a minestrone dish without legumes and a slice of wholemeal bread. Dinner: 100 grams of sautéed mushrooms and 100 grams of salad with fresh and raw vegetables

Sunday: breakfast with a banana and 100 grams of grapes. Snack: a glbad of carrot juice and a slice of wholemeal bread. Lunch: 100 grams of boiled meat, 100 grams of cabbage salad and red onions. Dinner: a minestrone dish without legumes or vegetable soup of your choice, 50 gr of lettuce and a 100 gram fruit.
