Dodgers' Matt Kemp: Huge Offensive Game Monday

Kemp went 5-for-5 with a double, a home run, four RBIs and four runs scored Monday's 17-0 thrashing of the Pirates.

Kemp fell a triple short of the cycle for the second consecutive game, going 8-in-10 with two home runs and eight runs produced during that period. The 33-year-old has struggled in the last 11 games in June (3-to-35), but he has certainly straightened the boat once the schedule changed in July. Kemp was one of the biggest surprises of baseball this season, with a .323 / .359 / .565 slash with 15 homers and 55 RBIs in 81 games.
