It is good not to be stuffed because digestion becomes binding and therefore attracts more blood into the digestive system, thus depriving other organs. The temptation to cool off with food and drinks at very low temperatures is inevitable, but it can be very dangerous. This does not mean that we can not eat ice cream, but that we must dilute it in the mouth before swallowing it to avoid a thermal shock.
EYE TO CHILDREN. Special attention should be given to children who, after a year of schooling or asylum, only want to play outside, despite the heat and the heat.
