Kam Chancellor announces his retirement from football

Seattle Seahawks' Kam Chancellor is apparently withdrawn from the game after a neck injury he suffered at the beginning of the year

Seattle Seahawks, strong Kam security Chancellor apparently pulled out of the game after a year-old neck injury.

4. Defensive Play Ball: S Kam Chancellor

The Chancellor pioneered the Hawks' defense early in the game, producing huge shots for Carolina DeAngelo's defenders. Williams and Mike Tolbert who energized his teammates. But the two teams did not count, but the two teams did not just shake their heads.

As Carolina attempted to score before the end of the first half, the Chancellor twice doubled Panthers goaltender J.J. Jansen in an attempt to block the kick. Both efforts were canceled by various penalties and Graham Gano finally kicked up to bring Carolina back to four, but the unbelievably athletic demonstrations of Bam Bam drew everyone's attention.

He added to his already spectacular night. In the fourth quarter, while the Panthers were driving, the Chancellor grabbed a pbad from Newton to 10 and ran 90 yards in the other direction for the longest playoff touchdown in the history of the Seahawks.

"I do not know A better match than Kam did tonight," said head coach Pete Carroll after the game. "He was everywhere at once. … It was just an amazing football match, it could be done tonight. "
