Toto Cutugno had to cancel a free concert scheduled for several months in Belgium on June 30 in the city of Seraigne because of a sudden illness. To write about it on social media, the councilor for sport and culture of the city, Eric Vanbrabant, talks about "heart disease" for which he was admitted to the Liège hospital.

Cutugno was the guest of honor and had to sing on the spot for the three evenings at the Italian Song Festival. A free festival organized by the Italian cultural center of the city with more than 10 thousand visitors. "Its conditions are stable" according to reports from the local press councilor.
